Someone smashed the windows of at least one car parked on the 1700 block of Fremont Avenue South in Lowry Hill overnight, according to a report logged with the Minneapolis Police 5th Precinct. Officers had not announced an arrest as of this writing.
Lowry Hill News locates incidents only to the block and does not publish home addresses or name anyone who has not been convicted. No injuries were reported in this case.
