Vehicle prowls and thefts accounted for most of the police reports logged in East Isles over the past week, according to Minneapolis Police Department incident data published through the city's open-data portal. The pattern matches what the 5th Precinct has tracked for months across East Isles: theft and break-ins rather than violence, concentrated on cars left on the street.
